Me and my boyfriend are saving ourselves for marriage and I'm wondering whether anyone discussed sex before getting married? Also, how much sex did you have during your honeymoon? I feel quite nervous to think about it but excited as well.

We waited also and I'm so happy we did!! We did talk about it when we were engaged, not while we were dating. We would talk about our sexual desires and if were adventurous or not  and what our expectations were (like how many times a day we both were thinking it would happen). That was really helpful to get to know what he was expecting and wanting. On our honeymoon we did it a few times a day but I got INSANELY sore, so we took a day break. Dont be nervous :) it's a gift from God and it's a beautiful thing. Talking about it before marriage in  a mature way is a good thing. You both need to know what each other is thinking.

You definitely do talk about boundaries and such before, but talking about being excited for it and such is just asking for trouble unfortunately. It definitely feels natural to talk about but it just makes you think about it and dwell on it and be more tempted. 
Also you have the rest of your lives to mess around lol my favorite part of the honeymoon was to do normal, homey things together like cooking and watching tv in bed. It’s a pretty big deal when you can be alone together and don’t have to stress over temptation anymore!

It's something that should be discussed in a healthy aspect while engaged, especially when it comes to expectations. While my husband and I weren't perfect, we were both virgins on our wedding night.  We probably had sex about 4-5 times in the first week of marriage (didn't really have a honeymoon).  I would highly recommend checking out the blog and podcast 'To Love, Honor, and Vacuum'.  Great Christan woman with some great insight and wisdom about sex and marriage.  Premarital counseling is something I recommend for every engaged couple as well!  It helps to facilitate a lot of conversations about everything, especially expectations.
