Stressing over food
I’ll be 8 weeks tomorrow with my first baby. When I first found out that I was pregnant, I did so good on not eating junk food. Now, that’s all I want. I know it’s not the best but I also am struggling on what else to eat. I feel like I’m a stressing over food when I shouldn’t be.... but I can’t help it. I ate tuna (which I’m obsessed with) and then read days later that it’s high in mercury so I should avoid it.
Any suggestions on recipes or snack ideas? How to not stress over food?
