From bottle to breast?

My baby had a really bad lip and tongue tie. Long story short, he has been bottle fed  from day 5 until now 3wk. He finally had the tongue and lip released today, but now he doesn’t want to latch. Any advice to get him back on the breast?

Just consistently latching an not giving in an resorting to the bottle right away! My second and third took bottle first then I introduced breast feeding. I fed my self one for roughly 4 years and I’m almost 6 weeks on with my son.

Squeeze a drop of milk onto your nipple so he can taste it to entice latching.

When I got my daughter’s ties released, they recommend mashing up a little teensy bit of banana and putting it on my nipple. She latched pretty well after that, but she was 4 months old, so maybe talk to your pediatrician about it beforehand to see if a little bit of banana is okay? 
Otherwise, I agree with the other comment! Just keep trying and try to be relaxed so he’s relaxed too :)
