Our poor little fella has landed himself in the hospital for the next little while. I have been taking him into our family doctor for a couple of weeks because he was projectile vomiting, running a low grade fever and had a stuffy nose. They kept saying he just had reflux and a cold but since he was gaining weight and acting well they didn't need to do anything. I finally got fed up and brought him to emerg and he has neutropenia and is septic. IV antibiotics for the next few days and waiting on a visit from the infectious disease doctor. Trust your instincts mommas. The antibiotics seem to be doing their job and my special guy had a great day today.
