I got these in the mail along with a car seat cover my mom had ordered. 
Just wondering if it's legit or some scam 🤷🏻‍♀️

Its legit but its stupid. Its not really a deal at all since you have to pay shipping. For example the product would be free, but then you have to pay $20 in shipping for a product you could get for $15 off amazon.

It's legot, but is an awful deal. You pay the shipping for the item, and the shipping cost is the value of the item or more. You can find cheaper stuff on Amazon.
