Inducing period?

Anyone have any suggestions on how I can make my period start naturally? I'm 32 days late already and all my pregnancy tests are negative I just want my period to come so I stop feeling so bloated.

are you sure you are definitely not pregnant? if so, i normally  boil some turmeric if af is late and drink it daily and always get af soon after drinking it.

Birth control will help a ton. Mine has been very irregular except I had the opposite, where I was bleeding every two weeks. BC really really helped.
