Faded test?!

Took this test yesterday and it was positive and then I look today, and it’s gone. 3 days late. What could this mean?

You looked at the same test? It’s still positive it just faded. That’s why you’re not supposed to look at tests after a certain amount of time.

Are these the same test? The positive does fade. With lots of tests this happens quite quickly even to the point if it looking like there is no positive line.
