Has anybody kept their placenta?

If so, was it an easy experience or did the hospital/midwife rebel against your choice?

Mine tried to kill me and my son by causing complications, so it was good riddance to that piece of junk 👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻

Wow im suprised by the response the majority of woman in my country take it and plant it in the ground or a flower pot put a little soil on top then plant a tree or flower and the placenta give life to what ever you plant and each child you have has their own plant/tree

I donated my placenta for transplant uses. Many people don’t even know it’s an option for c section mommas. Placentas are used for wound healing especially and one placenta can be used on multiple patients.  You can also donate your cord blood.

I kept mind and had no issues. It’s in my freezer now.

We had no problems taking our placenta! I am looking forward to planting it once the ground begins to thaw. :)
