Sometimes it happens to my hands too but mostly it’s just in my feet. My feet feel like they’re burning at night so bad sometimes that I have to get up and run them under cold water. Sometimes it’s unbearable but mostly I get used to it. I keep a fan at the foot of my bed. I do t have diabetes and no other health problems that I know of other than pcos. Has anyone else experienced this?
