My body has been through a lot in this lifetime. 21 years ago I had a brain injury and was paralyzed on one side. I went though a lot of trauma growing up...I didn’t have control of certain things in my life, but I could control food. I restricted and so I was underweight as a teen/young adult. I then started binge drinking and binge eating to cope with life after college. Now I’m finally at a place where I have good habits and can cope with daily life so much better. It really shows on my body and I couldn’t be more proud 💪🏼 2.5 years into the fitness lifestyle and I’m constantly pushing myself to try new things and become the most balanced version of myself. Whatever you’re going through you’ve got this!!!
