Hey Ladies!
So I got the Mirena put in about 4 months ago, however, I still cramp when I’m on my period and occasionally I cramp when I’m not on my period..anyone else experience this?

Mine took about 6-7 months to show signs of change, it may not take your cramps away fully but just bring down the intensity of them. Everyone’s body is different, so the iud works in whatever way / time frame your body adapts to it.

Normal for the first six months after insertion. Unless it’s severe pain or causing problems, I wouldn’t worry about it.
