I called an apartment in Texas, we were preparing to see a show room when we did arrive by next week. When she ask how much people it was, I said 5. She then say the law don't premit 5 people in a 2 bedroom. My kids are under 6. The smallest sleep with us so I was confused. The older two have a bunk bed so when if the youngest couldn't sleep with us she could of in her sibling room. Is this law only applies to Texas?
