5 week old trouble putting down

So nighttime has been wonderful. Cora sleeps usually in 2 hour stretches sometimes longer, sometimes shorter. The daytime is kind rough when it's just me. She won't let me put her down. When she has all her needs met she somehow wakes up and cries. She falls asleep on me but doesn't stay asleep. She has only slept 45 mins the whole day and its 3pm. I can tell she is tired because shes falling asleep at the breast or bottle and is full. This doesnt happen when others are around helping me only when in alone why??? Insight would be greatly appreciated.
