Missing ovary?

I thought I had both, went in for an ultrasound and they can't find it? Last year I had a miscarriage and I just found the results, no one called me for a follow up, there's a 3.4 cm cyst on my left side but they couldn't see the ovary? I'll post a picture of the results, but has anyone dealt with this? I just had an ultrasound done a couple days ago, and the tech looked at me crazy and asked if I had both ovaries. Of course she couldn't tell me anything she seen. I've been bleeding for like two weeks now, my God I feel like I'm dying and with no answers.
