I'm 7 weeks & 3 days pregnant with my first. I've been experiencing intermittent aches & cramps on my left side iliac fossa region. Was tender when the Dr pressed. Mild to moderate pain. No bleeding or a normal discharge.

Saw a Dr who had referred me for an ultrasound to rule out ectopic & check my ovaries. I was in tears. I hope everything is OK. Anyone else had similar symptoms?
