Losing weight

Ladies... i need to loose 40lbs but im so stressed and i feel sooo demotivated to go do some training i use to have a toned body and then i met hubby and we went through sooo sooo much and I picked up so much weight i dont even have proper clothes to wear... i dont even feel like getting out if the house or dressing pretty.... im feeling so far off that i dont know how to get back! I feel sooo fat and i try to eat proper but as soon as something makes me feel bad i just want to eat sweets etc! 🙈 any advice it motivation?
