Does anyone have any advice on how to find a nanny/mother’s helper? I do not like care.com or urban sitter...

My personal preference is someone from another country. I’d like my children to learn another language and culture and again it is my personal preference for many many reasons. But I do appreciate all tips and advice if anyone is willing to share ☺️

I have a full time work at home job, no husband/partner help and I am trying to start a non-profit business. The cost of out of home daycare is astronomical for four very young children/baby’s.

Mother’s helper or babysitter/nanny is the only option that makes sense for us. I will be home the entire time unless picking children up from par-time preschool and activities
