Putting this on anon because I’m embarrassed... how do you not know you’re pregnant 😐 I’m 12 weeks, no symptoms but I had my regular STD test this week and they asked me if I could be pregnant I said my period has been wonky but other than that no symptoms. Well they took my blood and my hcg was high so they did an ultrasound and baby is actually a baby... I haven’t taken any prenatals! Not been watching what I’m eating or anything!!! Have I hurt the baby??? I feel so guilty you guys so embarrassed also 😞
