Starting my weight loss journey

Getting a gym membership this Sunday and I’m going to start going Monday.

I’ve never worked out a day in my life it feels like lol but I’m 22 and I’m trying to lose 30 lbs.

any tips??

I’ve adjusted my diet into what works best for me and I’ve lost 45 lbs on it but I feel as though I’ve plateaued and now need to work out.

My plan is to do cardio and stair climbers but what’s a good duration? And how often a week should I go?
