okay I had kinda a period in Feb the first day was spotting then it got a little heavy but than just back to spotting, fast forward to today, my back hurts a little and I got small cramps, and some real pink spotting but nothing but just that one spotting, my boobs got bigger after the period in Feb, for about the last week I have been lightheaded and sometimes dizzy and nauseated but not until last night did it switch to actually throwing up, I wasn't trying to get pregnant that why I don't know I did have sex on the Feb 4 and that was during my fertility time and I had sex on the 28 again during my fertility time, I do for a period in ten days, I have never had a early period in over twenty years, that's how long my periods been normal... please be honest is this something I should be concerned about... and if so what do I do next... help please
