Infected nose piercing? Pls help

I got my nose pierced two days ago and the swelling and redness left for a week and now I have like this zit thing near my nose? 
It doesnt hurt but it constantly crusts. Idk what to do I really dont want to take it out cause it was really expensive.

Get some “wound wash” at a drug store and clean it several times a day...it’s a saline solution, perfect for healing piercings.

Its a granuloma (trauma from movement) just from a fresh piercing in a cartilage that moves. Use saline solution and only clean it twice a day. please don’t use tea tree oil on a fresh piercing. Leave it alone, don’t touch it Other than when you are cleaning it and make sure your hands are clean before hand. It will go away eventually, nose piercings don’t heal quickly it is a process.

It’s probably keloid scarring, my sister had a huge bump when she got hers pierced but it went away. Never use neosporin or antibiotic ointment on a piercing. Salt water to clean and it will heal itself
