I found this wormlike creature in the stirfry my boyfriend made. I am shocked I didn’t throw it all up.

My assumption is that it came from the rice because he leaves the rice opened all the time, without any protection from the outside world. I personally washed all the vegetables. But there was also chicken.

Where do you think it came from? Or even does anybody know what it could be? I am disgusted
