No birth/ death certificate
So I called my midwife and asked why I hadn't received the birth/death certificate for my baby boy Earon that was taken too soon November 20th. I was 15 weeks 5 days. They tell me in order for the State to send out birth/death certificates that I had to be 16 weeks! I was 1 day away from able to have some kind of memory of my baby boy :(
