do you consider it cheating if your boyfriend saved nudes/teaser photos of your girl bestfriend? like say your bestfriend sent you them for your opinion and your boyfriend went through your messages, found them and saved them. would you consider that cheating?

Technically not cheating but it's just as bad. Like that's extremely gross and creepy, not only has he totally disrespected you by doing this entirely innapropriate thing, but he's now also seen your friends nudes without her knowledge or permission.
