Sushi while breastfeeding?

What are your opinions and experiences on the above? I'm dying for sushi and will probably ask my family to get me some while I'm in hospital after delivery if it's safe😂😂

Once the baby is out, you can caffinate, eat all the undercooked meats, sushi, partake in some delicious wine....

Lol I ate sushi even when pregnant, just avoided the ones with lots of mercury. It's definitely ok while breastfeeding.

Where I live it’s ok to eat when pregnant too, just not the exotic fish ones with lots of mercury. So, absolutely safe after baby is here.

Mercury content is the only concern, so minimize those fish. But otherwise it’s safe!
