Quick back story:

Husband and I got married last September, and immediately started trying for a baby...we’re both Active Duty Military, I’ve been stationed in South Korea for the past year... while he stays in the US working, we still try to find a way to visit each other every few months. Every time we tried for a baby, all we got were BFNs, then we stopped trying for a bit. We knew it was difficult to begin with since we have been apart almost all year...up until December 2018 when he came to visit me.

On November 16th, while on 24 hour duty, I got my period...I figured oh well no big deal..but on December 6th, I got my period AGAIN! And I have very irregular periods so I thought it was very odd. Since I usually get them about 35-45 days apart. Never early. Especially 2 weeks after I finished my last period.

Anyways, this made the first week my husband arrives to Korea, my fertile week...

Coincidence?!!

Anyway, We were so overjoyed about spending the holidays together as husband and wife our first year married that we weren’t so focused on babymaking. Rather enjoying our holidays together...

I started to feel very constipated around New Year’s Eve and sooooo bloated. But I figured it was my period just letting me know she was on her way to visit.

Well on Jan 5, I was extremely irritable, I even argued with my husband because he didn’t buy me a beer lol. Even worse? I got mad that he ordered the same type of chicken wings as I. I honestly don’t know what what the matter was with me. We made up that night, and his last words before bed were “you better be pregnant, after today’s bitchy attitude” I laughed and shrugged it off.

Next day he insisted I tested before he flew back to the states, I kept telling him no because 1. I knew I was getting my period, the boobs being tender, moody, bloating, my regular period symptoms... and 2. It was probably too early to tell anyways...or so I thought.....

I tested.....

and here was the results

We couldn’t stop testing we were so in shock!!!

But here we are in March 2019 expecting a healthy happy baby thus far 💕💕
