i’m scared

i’m 17 and there was something wrong with my birth control prescription, like the doctor wouldn’t fill it. So after we got everything figured out it had been two weeks before I was on the pill again. My boyfriend and I had sex twice and both times we used a condom. I’ve always practiced safe sex and I didn’t think anything of it I thought we were fine. Now I’m on the pill again for almost a week and my period is 10 days late. I don’t know if being on and off the pill is making my period all weird. but i’m scared i’m pregnant and ill be taking a test this weekend. i thought i did everything right but now i somehow feel irresponsible and i just want to cry. i just needed to tell someone
