Follicle growth after 7 days of STIM

Uterus has the infamous stripe. Not sure what that means. Estradiol level went from 750 to 1050. Uterine lining is a 12. Retrieval is possible for Monday or Wednesday. Transfer will be 5 days later.
Nervous about the retrieval. Can anyone give me some tips or advice?
