How to surprise mom who lives in a different state

Last time I had my brother and his girlfriend deliver flowers with a card that said, "from your future grandbaby *****" and had them record it. She hit the floor crying and it was the best reaction ever. I unfortunately had a miscarriage. So I dont know what I should do to tell her. I thought about just sending her a text asking is she wanted to see the pictures we had done (she'd think they were of me, hubs, and son) and when she says yes, sending the ultrasound... but that just seems so impersonal. I cant think of anything else. Her birthday will be 2 weeks after my first ultrasound so I thought about somehow surprising her that day. Any ideas?
