Exercising While Pregnant
What kind of exercise is everyone doing and how often? I’m 16 weeks tomorrow and so far I’ve felt so exhausted, I do a 5k walk once a week but I feel like I need to be doing more, I haven’t actually put on any weight yet which is very surprising because I’m constantly hungry, I used to work out 3/4 times a week and I’m feeling so bad for not doing more
