Why is making new friends so hard?

Hell, I want to talk about relationships. Makeup. Shopping. Have a gym buddy. Etc. But making friends is so damn hard where I live. 😭. I’m not originally from Indiana, so making friends has been incredibly hard! I thought it was a temporary thing but it’s been a full year now. Friendless party of one! Friendless, party of one. lmao

Fellow Hoosier here🙋🏻‍♀️ sometimes in your environment you just don’t click with people, you kind of have to find school/work buddies and build relationships with the people you see often. Get your gym membership you can always make friends when your already there, the way I became friends with my two (only) friends is my boyfriend bought a truck off her husband and we all clicked and have been friends since, the other is our good friend from high schools girlfriend. It takes time but sometimes you definitely have to be the one to initiate the frendship😊

I feel ya. I live in a Suburb of Lexington ky.  I don’t have anything In common with anyone here. All my cool friends are in Athens, ga.
