CAN YOU TAKE TYLENOL SEVERE COLD+FLU WHILE PREGNANT!???

I’ve heard some people say their doctors said it’s fine , some say their doctors say no??? I know it has phenylephrine in it but it’s a category C & only has 10 mg per dosage, also I’ve seen some places that it’s safe after 13 weeks. (I’m 18w) is this safe ?? Has anyone taken this and been perfectly fine ? I haven’t been taking it every 3-4 hours as recommended only in the morning & at night when my congestion & sore throat are unbearable, I’ve only taken it 3 times since I started feeling sick
