Me! I did Natural Cycles. Helped me not get pregnant until I wanted to start trying, I loved it.

I tracked my temperature in my bullet journal, then on the days when I figured it was time for ovulation, I’d use a urine test. Also used about 3 apps, until I established a routine.

Full disclaimer, I also used Lady Comp. at the end, I ignored all of this, because my research of over 18months stated that I couldn’t possibly be ovulating on day 26?!?!? It was usually between day 15 and 18. 
And here I am now, happily 6 months pregnant... 🤷🏻‍♀️
