Time off work after birth...
Would love to know how long you're ideally wanting to be off work once baby arrives? How long you took with previous babies?
I'm in the UK. My employer doesn't have a great policy (90% for 6 weeks) so I can't afford to be off long, but getting a lot of judgement about it.
Suggestions are fine but if I can't afford it, then I'd rather be able to provide for baby
