Hey girls! So I’ve been on the pill for about 3 years, and recently it’s gotten to the point where I’m just not regular and consistent with taking them anymore because it’s such an inconvenience. SO, I’m looking to switch my bc for something with lower maintenance, even if it’s a 1 week switch out thing.

•What do you guys recommend? Stay on the pill? The patch? Shot? IUD?

•AND how are your side effects? (mood swings? Heavy periods? Light periods? Cramps?)
