Struggling to figure out what I want?

I want to lose weight but I also want to get toned and work on abs and my butt.

I used to play basketball so I’ve always relied on cardio to keep myself in shape but that doesn’t exactly help with getting a butt. But then I don’t want my thighs getting any bigger but they are going to as I lift weights...

Same with my arms. Idk what to do I feel so stuck rn.
