Swollen labia

Okay so me and my bf are progressing to sex with fingering, he usually uses one finger but the other day he upgraded to two (I thought he was using two this whole time 😂🤦🏽‍♀️) and when he did it felt really good but after a couple minutes I got sore and we took a break. I realized I was a bit swollen down there but i didn’t think much. We decided to not use fingers anymore that night because I was in so much pain at that point and when I got home I realized my labia was extremely swollen on one side , like I was scared. It was so painful to walk or for it to get touched by anything, WHAT SHOULD WE DO?
