Nauseous and low grade fever

So with my last pregnancy and sooo far with this pregnancy no morning sickness yet. Just get nauseous if I get hungry and don’t eat right away and then I am fine oh and extreme fatigue. Well today I’ve been tired but I chalked it up to the pregnancy and time change. But then the past four hours I feel like I am going to hurl and food isn’t helping I feel super hot by my temp is only 99.0 I don’t have any pain except the mild cramping that has been continuous thru out the pregnancy. Should I be concerned :( ? Should I go in? Or is this normal ??
