Normal to vent to an ex???

My husband recently has been venting to an ex girlfriend. They seem to be doing back and forth. It kind of makes me uncomfortable. Is it normal to vent an ex? For me it feels like it could rekindle or spark things up again when you do that. But I could just be being insecure.

Honestly, in my opinion that's completely inappropriate. Unless they really are just friends and they both aren't into eachother at all.
That's disrespectful towards you, he doesn't need to go to his ex, he  ould vent to a relative or a male friend, OR female friend. An ex? No.

There is NO WAY that my husband is going to vent to their ex. Out of ALL his friends, family, coworkers, etc ..: he chose his ex? LOL. HELL NO.

No, venting to an ex often leads to the rekindling of a relationship. I suggest having a conversation about how it makes you uncomfortable, and if he gets defensive or isn’t willing to stop immediately, I would see that as a huge red flag. And if it was me and he said no to me asking him to stop, the marriage/relationship would be over. It may seem insignificant now to some people, but it can cause major issues in your relationship. And the fact it makes you uncomfortable, should be reason enough to make him want/willing to stop.
