So I'm 16 and I just started working at this place just over two months ago. Over those two months I've gotten to know basically everybody and now that I think about it, I feel like I'm starting to like somebody that works there. The only issue is he's 19 and one of my managers. I don't know if he feels the same way besides the fact that sometimes he acts like he shows off around me, sometimes I'll catch him staring at me, he's nicer to me then he is to some other people that work there, and when another guy messes around or flirts with me he defends me in a way. I just don't know if it's right being that he's my manager and he's 19 while I'm 16.
