Perky boobs?

So I’ve recently lost over 35lbs🙌🏼🙌🏼 and my breast have gotten smaller. I was a 38DD now I’m a 34DD and they are really saggy and I need tips on how to get them perkier I’m only 20 so this really bothers me to be so young and have saggy breast also with a lot of stretch marks (need help with that too). What ways is there to get my breast naturally perkier.

Sorry to tell you this, but there jsnt a natural way yo make them perkier. Weight lifting could add muscle and make them look slightly fuller, but the skin & breast tissue will still sag. Mine have been saggy my entire life, and ive tried everything short of surgery...

You lost a good bit of weight quickly. Massage them nightly with oil or lotion, for 10+ mins, this stimulates collagen production. Buy a new and supportive bra so that you are giving your skin the chance to contract while it’s not being pulled down.
Do exercise for your pecs and do weight lifting in general, it releases natural growth hormones and will help your skin contract too! 
Intermittent fasting or calorie deficit in general, as well as sugar restriction also help release natural growth hormone as well as stimulate your own stem cells. 
Your skin will contract slowly over time and will become perkier! #1 is avoid sugar and work out, and keep them supported during the day!

I’m in the same boat with you but from what I’ve seen there isn’t a lot you can do. If you grow muscle your breasts will shrink and maybe get perkier because they aren’t so heavy
