Blood in my vomit?

Hi girls. This is kinda tmi but I need your opinions.

About two weeks ago I had a sinus infection, went to the doctor and got amoxicillin. I’m just about done with it, a few days left. While on it I got a yeast infection, took medicine for that, and that’s now gone too.

Anyways, I am 14w as of tomorrow, since being sick I have vomited twice, the first time had a few tiny specs of blood in it so I wasn’t really concerned. This time was a bit more to actually worry me a bit. And btw my throat is not sore at all.

Do you guys think I need to tell my doc about this or is this something I should worry about??
