Still on bed rest

So 2 days ago i was bleeding from a subchorionic hemorrhage by my uterus I'm spotting today but it's light pink not dark red I'm not going through pads I'm not bleeding through pads it's just when I pee in the morning so I'm laying down and resting do you guys think if that's the best way to go after my doctor told me everything would be fine with a bladder infection UTI and a subchorionic hemorrhage by my uterus. I'm scared I just need some comforting had a miscarriage September 7th of 2018 this is a rainbow baby just need somebody to tell me that everything's going to be okay
