Easy smoothie recipes??
I’ve had a ninja blender forever and I recently pulled it out of the cabinet. I want to start making smoothies. But I have no clue where to start. I want them to act as meal replacements (to lose weight) maybe for breakfast or lunch. All the recipes online call for tons of ingredients and crazy stuff that I don’t even know if my grocery store carries. Can someone simplify this for me? 😂
