Help with workouts?

I'm too broke to go to the gym and I normally got only 30-60 mins to workout before my baby wakes up. Right now I'm only doing 50 squats w 5 lbs weights in both hands, 150 crunches, 2 min plank a day and sometimes I do lunges sometimes not. I'm super new to trying to get fitter so does anyone have any tips or maybe workouts to add that doesn't involve equipment?

Oh Also I'm doing squats to get my butt in better shape but ppl are telling me it won't help??
