It took me 4 years to lose the weight. I lost it then I ended up gaining it back plus some. Then I got so depressed I just couldn’t keep gaining so I finally went on a diet and did a lot of walking and dancing and lost 55lbs. I still have a hard time keeping it off but I have kept it off for almost 5 years now.
