Any other moms in this situation ?

I want to start trying for another baby already but I know it’s too soon. My heart says TTC but my brain said NO GIRL. I’m 23 with a 6 month old. We live with my hubbys parents so I’d like to move out before we have another but it’s just so tempting !!! How do I fight this baby fever

Not me. The increased risk of complications is enormously greater if you conceive before 18 months PP. I understand some people make that choice, but I can't in good conscience do it. Not only that, but my baby is super high needs. She cries all the time, and most days she barely lets me put her down. I have no desire to add to the exhaustion at this point. You are young and have time! Enjoy this one on one time with your LO. :)

I just stopped by to give you some advice. I hope it will not sound rude, because that is absolutely not my intention! I only want to share an experience.
I had a baby fever when my first born turned one year old. We tried and in one year we had another baby in hands already, our August baby. Now, although I love him to beats, I adore him. He is such a happy little baby, yet, if I were to change timing I would absolutely do it. It's extremely difficult to have two. I have had depression (i have never experienced it beforeh, I still have very tough days. I would say: give yourself some time, enjoy your life with your husband for couple if years and when you LO goes to kindergarten maybe try for second one :)

Just focus on enjoying your first baby. Enjoy every single milestone (like learning to walk, forming sentences, potty training). This is the only time your baby will get with just him/her with his/her mama before you have to split your attention with two kids.

I think it all depends on the age gap you want. I wanted my kids close in age. My oldest, son, is 2. My daughter is now 7 months. There is a 17 month gap between them and I LOVE it!  My son adores his little sister and is SO good with her and she loves him too. I’m also currently pregnant with baby number 3 (that was an oops lol) and they will be 13 months apart. I think it helps I’m a SAHM so I spend all day with my babies so I don’t feel like I’m missing out.

I don’t think that it is wrong for you to want another baby if that is truly what you and your husband want. I would only say make sure it’s really what you want and not just “baby fever” 😊

My husband and I have decided to start actively trying and little man is 7 months. I think if your mentally and physically prepared for it by all means go for it!
