Does holding your pee in give a better chance of getting a positive? Lol. I always see women posting their test saying “4 hr hold” or something like that. So does it really help?

It does help because if you don’t hold long enough or drink too much liquids, then your pee may become too diluted and not give you an accurate answer (especially if you are testing sooner).

Sort of. So your first pee of the morning (after basically holding it in while you sleep) will contain the greatest amount of the pregnancy hormone, making it more likely for the test to detect it. 🙂
