TTC with anxiety

My wife and I are on our second month of ttc. The first month we did everything by the book but the ovulation tests never gave us a positive and the sonogram showed we missed it.

Fast forward to this month and we did Femara, the trigger shot for ovulation, and everything else by the book through our Fertility Clinic.

Saturday we inseminated. I’m now in the TWW. I have had some much anxiety through this whole process. (I was diagnosed with an anxiety disorder in high school.)

Any suggestions?? 🙏
