Hi ladies,

I’m new here and wondering if anyone else is struggling with this short luteal phase. It’s so frustrating! I never even get to the point of taking a pregnancy test since my period comes on dpo 8 or 9. I also start cramping 4 or 5 days after ovulation so I just never know (currently I am on 4 dpo and cramping). Did anyone do any acupuncture or medications that helped with this?

I’m 32, ttc for 10 cycles. I did get pregnant after clomid that ended in mmc. I recently ended treatment to address my issue naturally but will be going back to dr after a few natural cycles. I do have Low AMH of .67. Just looking for some hope :)
